Questions answered by Ciaran Frame.
Q1: Aside from this Quickie, what is the most desperate marketing tactic you plan on using to get bums in seats this August? 280 chars
Ambushing the Royal Mile to make an unsuspecting tourist play Beethoven with a real orchestra! No experience required.
Q2: If your show walked into a cocktail bar, what would it order?
An espresso martini, naturally. Beethoven insisted (and counted!) exactly 60 coffee beans with his coffee each morning, and we want to channel some of that energy.
Q3: The Fringe is horribly expensive. How are you financing this run? Did you remortgage your house, sell your granny, or start an illicit side hustle?
No grannies were sold (she’s on the stage with the orchestra!). We’re powered by the magnificent House of Oz, bringing the best of Australian arts to Edinburgh this Fringe season.
Q4: How will the audience remember you the morning after?
You’ll wake up, check your phone, and find a video of yourself playing Beethoven’s 7th alongside the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra (with no hangover!).
