Q1: If you could take just one record with you to survive the Fringe — your ultimate comfort, hype, or grounding track — what would it be, and why?
The William Tell Overture- because it is the only record that can make a panic attack feel like a victorious cowboy escape. And if I am spiralling, I want it in 4/4 time with timpani.
Q2: How will the audience remember you the morning after?
They won’t have to remember me — I’d still be there. Grinding on their face, prosecco in one hand, stick of butter in the other… breakfast and lube!
Q3: If your show had a criminal record, what would it be for?
A long list of offences: excessive talent, public indecency, and causing uncontrollable laughter. One cast member- name withheld to protect the guilty—was even bailed out of jail minutes before showtime, so don’t pretend that this is a hypothetical. Haha
Q4: If your show had a pick-up line, what would it be?
Are you the multi-award-winning show La Clique? Because honey, I’m ready to give you standing O’s all night long.
