Questions answered by Mirko Corradini.
Q1: Aside from this Quickie, what is the most desperate marketing tactic you plan on using to get bums in seats this August? 280 chars
We’ll whisper “this isn’t what you think it’s about” to everyone walking past. If that fails, we’ll hand them headphones and say, “Trust us.” Curiosity has done most of our marketing so far.
Q2: Cancel culture has finally come for your show. What sins has it committed?
It keeps saying the word “whore”, refuses to give easy answers, and insists that society—not just individuals—should share the blame. Basically, it’s guilty of making everyone a little uncomfortable.
Q3: If your show suddenly developed a massive ego and became the biggest diva in the 2026 Fringe, what absurd, hyper-specific item would be mandatory on its dressing room rider?
One perfectly sanitised pair of headphones, absolute silence for exactly 47 seconds before curtain up, and someone whose only job is to whisper: “It’s not about sex. It’s about us.”
Q4: How will the audience remember you the morning after?
Hopefully by questioning the stories they’ve always told themselves about desire, shame and power. And by wondering why a pair of headphones managed to get under their skin.
