A Fringe Quickie (#357) with ‘Ethan & Gigi Present: THE MOVEMENT’

Questions answered by Ethan & Gigi.

Q1: Aside from this Quickie, what is the most desperate marketing tactic you plan on using to get bums in seats this August? 280 chars

Sacrifice a billionaire in George Square and redistribute their money to the masses. If this doesn’t work, because we don’t know how to get in contact with the rich, then we will run naked down the Royal Mile doing our version of The Warriors before Lin Manuel Miranda does his.

Q2: If your show walked into a cocktail bar, what would it order?

One molotov cocktail – shaken, not stirred.

Q3: If your show suddenly developed a massive ego and became the biggest diva in the 2026 Fringe, what absurd, hyper-specific item would be mandatory on its dressing room rider?

Guillotine.

Q4: How will the audience remember you the morning after?

They’ve already quit their jobs, left their toxic relationship, forgiven their dads, and finished their script, book, or album they’ve been putting off. Their hands are soaked in red. Is it from picking up the paint brush again? Or the blood of the elite? Who cares. They’re free.
