Q1: If you could take just one record with you to survive the Fringe — your ultimate comfort, hype, or grounding track — what would it be, and why?
Our show wouldn’t be what it was today without our queen, musical guide, and shining light in the dark – Britney Spears. “Gimme, gimme more.” YES BRITNEY WE WILL! She’s punk, she’s pop, she’s radical and rumbustious. (Alternative option: Jojo Siwa. For same reasons stated above.)
Q2: If your show walked into a bar, what would it order?
To quote another queer icon, it would have to be “a negroni, sbagliato, with prosecco”. It’s dark, a tad bitter, but its fruity side is fighting with all its might to break free.
Q3: If your show sent a drunk text at 3am, what would it be?
“Mummy HELP ME. The othr boys r picking on me bcause my shooting socks are fudGINng pink.”
Q4: What moment in your show would your grandma absolutely hate (or absolutely love)?
Probably our sex scene that is choreographed to a Britney song. There’s enough moaning and gyrating to make her turn in her grave – and let’s not even get on to the fact that it’s with another man! Oops!
