Questions answered by Miles Calderon.
Q1: Aside from this Quickie, what is the most desperate marketing tactic you plan on using to get bums in seats this August? 280 chars
Marketing is easy! Mr.Cardboard will be leaving strategically placed piles of cardboard next to trash cans all over the streets of Edinburgh and if that doesn’t work he’ll crucify himself live in George Square.
Q2: Cancel culture has finally come for your show. What sins has it committed?
I was brought to trial for sedition, treason, claiming to be caesar. For misbehaving, lying, betraying you. For getting wet. For not having all that much cardboard in the show and is he allowed to do that accent?
Q3: All shows will have their tough days. What sophisticated self-care strategies will you employ to survive?
I’ll cull the weak. They will tremble when they see me coming. The hammer will come down swiftly upon misbehavers. I am wrath. I am destruction…. Just Kidding! I’d probably just choose to feel better!
Q4: How will the audience remember you the morning after?
Audiences will probably be saying to their loved ones, “I can’t believe they got the real Mr.Cardboard.” and the loved ones will say, “Really?” and they will respond, “I swear it was really him! How could he have done all that if it wasn’t really Mr.Cardboard!”
