Questions answered by Britt Migs.
Q1: If you could take just one record with you to survive the Fringe — your ultimate comfort, hype, or grounding track — what would it be, and why?
The Rise and Fall of a Midwest Princess by Chappell Roan! The album is loud, fun, and GAY AS HELL. It was the soundtrack to my summer as a newly divorced, queer woman (which is what my show is about) and reminds me how fun it is to be a part of the LGBTQ+ community.
Q2: What moment in your show would your grandma absolutely hate (or absolutely love)?
She would loathe the part where I talk about using a strap-on. And the other part where I talk about gay sex. And the other part where I talk about coming. Oops! This show is not for grandmas.
Q3: What’s the moment in your show that makes people laugh when they’re not sure they’re supposed to?
When they find out the crazy way my ex-husband cheated on me… you’ll have to come to the show to find out!
Q4: If your show had a safe word, what would it be? And would it use it?
No safe word, rather a safe SOUND. If you want me to stop, you must “eeeee” like a dolphin!
