What do you/your show do to make an audience’s heart beat faster?
Eat donuts, empty wallets, steal shoes, act like we’re part of the team of a Missing Persons Unit, try to revive a dying plant, all in the name of love and family! The characters we play and the situation they find themselves in within our story, definitely keeps the audience on their toes throughout!
What coffee would you/your show be, and why?
Definitely an Irish Coffee, because it’s heartwarming, it’s sweet yet packs a punch, and too many of them on the regular might prove troublesome.
How will the audience remember you the morning after?
Sisyphean Quick Fix is a poignant, very funny, heartfelt comedy drama that deals with the complex realities of addiction and its impact on families, inspired by my own personal experience of caring for someone with addiction. Audiences will remember our story as it sheds a light on what it means to be human. You’ll also remember us for our brief use of Maltese within the play too! Who knows, you might leave Edinburgh having learnt a new language!
